Macoupin County Fair Promises Week of Family Entertainment
The colorful lights that dance on the rides, the smells that waft from the food stands, the attractions that bring back memories for young and old. It’s never too early to start thinking about the Macoupin County Fair! This year, the fair will provide a variety of attractions and entertainment for the whole family from June 24-29, 2013. Annual events – including the tractor pull, mud drag, and demo derby – will take place, as well as a performance by a nationally known local talent. An array of exhibits, livestock shows and auctions, children’s activities, and free entertainment will cater to the tastes of all visitors.

The Macoupin Open and Junior Livestock Show will feature judging in the following categories: swine, horse, sheep, beef, and rabbit.
