Welcome to the Macoupin County Fair

The Macoupin County Fair is pleased to be celebrating 157 years of competition, fun, and entertainment for the citizens of Macoupin County and our many friends who travel to visit our fair. In addition to the yearly fun the fair will mark the 50th anniversary of the “Miss Macoupin County Fair” pageant. Macoupin County holds the honor of having the first “Miss Illinois County Fair’ Donna Sarginson. To mark such a major milestone in the fair’s history the theme for the week will be “A place were everyone is WELCOME and where there is something for everyone to Enjoy”. The Macoupin County Fair Assn. strives to provide clean, wholesome entertainment and activities for all ages, while also offering opportunities that people might otherwise not have the chance to experience. We look forward to seeing you at the 2009 Macoupin County Fair.

The Macoupin County Fair is operated under the supervision of the Illinois Department of Agriculture and all exhibitors and concessions are asked to comply with all rules and regulations.
